Measure and load the load of the combined disc spring on a testing machine with an accuracy of not less than 1%. (I≤10 pieces, butt combination) Use lubricant in the test, and the hardness of the pressure plates at both ends needs to be above 52HRC.
Deformation of the disc spring The finished disc spring is compressed on the testing machine for 3 times, and the free height is measured after the second and third compressions.
The hardness of the disc spring shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB/T230.1 or GB/T440.1. With a thickness of 1mm and a thickness of >1mm, the test indentation on the Rockwell hardness tester should be in the center of the surface of the disc spring. 4 points for each item, one point is not evaluated, and the average of the last 3 points is taken
The single disc spring is tested on a fatigue testing machine with an equal sine wave load. The test can be performed on a single piece or it can consist of less than or equal to 10 pieces of samples. The combination test needs to be preloaded before using the required tooling test, the deformation of a single piece is f=(0.15~0.2)ho, and the stress amplitude is determined according to the service life requirements as shown in the figure.
(1) The characteristics of the disc spring are as follows:
1. High rigidity, strong buffering and vibration absorption ability, can bear large load with small deformation, suitable for occasions with small axial space requirements.
2. With stiffness change characteristics, the spring has a wide range of nonlinear characteristics.
3. Using the same disc spring with different combinations can change the characteristics of the spring to a great extent. A combination of involution and stacking can be used, and a combination of different thicknesses and different numbers of sheets can also be used.
Compared with the same deformation, the more springs, the greater the load.
(2) Classification and selection of disc springs (disc springs):
Disc springs (disc springs) can be divided into anti-loose disc springs, high temperature preloaded disc springs, high torque preloaded disc springs, buffer tension disc springs, and materials are selected according to specific working conditions.
The main function of the anti-loose disc spring:
The load is not too large, but the bolt vibrates violently;
It can effectively prevent the phenomenon of bolt loosening and wire reversal;
It has a locking function to compensate for the pre-tightening force to ensure a lasting and reliable seal;
The anti-loosening disc spring has good versatility for bolts and equipment.
The main function of the high temperature preload coil spring:
All kinds of flange bolts are pre-tightened in high temperature environment;
Various pipeline flanges, valves, heat exchangers. Suitable for high temperature preload coil spring;
Pre-tightening of flange bolts for reaction kettles, agitators, pumps, centrifuges, etc.
High temperature preloaded coil springs are especially used for bolted joints where the temperature difference exceeds 100°C. Therefore, high torque preloaded coil springs: high torque preloaded coil springs are used in large load, high torque applications.
Application of high torque preload coil spring:
Valve, pipeline flange bolt pre-tightening;
Fan, pump, centrifuge anchor bolts and flanges are pre-tightened; high-torque pre-tightening coil springs are used.
Pre-tightening of flange bolts for heat exchangers, reactors and agitators;
Pre-tightening clutches, generators, pipe support and hanger devices, power bus bolts.
Various engineering applications such as buffer devices, braking devices, high-voltage cable compensation devices, etc.
Buffer tension coil spring: Brakes, safety overload devices, mechanical starters, industrial electric furnaces, clutches, molds and other large-scale equipment are widely used in various industries.
